Situated in the idyllic Yorkshire Wolds, our bees flourish in a vibrant ecosystem enriched by diverse flora that unfolds with the seasons. In the early spring, our diligent bees collect nectar from wildflowers and oil seed rape, creating a flavor profile that speaks of the land. As summer approaches, we shift our hives to lush Borage fields for pollination, while others remain to gather nectar from the surrounding countryside. Following the Borage season, our bees venture to the North Yorkshire moors to harvest the exquisite Heather honey, renowned for its unique taste and floral notes. We take great pride in producing our signature cut comb honey from Borage and Heather, offering a genuine taste of the Yorkshires natural sweetness. This year, we present our delightful collection, featuring cut comb and Wooden Sections of Yorkshire Wolds honey, a tribute to traditional honey enjoyment.
